Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce goes great on pork, beef, chicken and fish. Make sure season your steak with Tim's Texas 2 Step Butchers Grind for an even more flavorful meal! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (packed) fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cup (packed) fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor. 
  2. Transfer to bowl. Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
