- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Helman's)
- 1/3 cup Tim's Texas 2 Step BBQ Citrus Rub
- 1/4 cup Tim's Texas 2 Step Fire Roasted & Smoked Jalapeno's (chopped)
- 2 tbs pickling brine from jalapeno's jar
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- Mix all ingredients together and some extra jalapeno juice as needed. Let sit for a couple of hours to incorporate all flavors.
- Add shredded cabbage and mix thoroughly. Add to tacos or pulled pork sandwiches.
