Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce goes great on pork, beef, chicken and fish. Make sure season your steak with Tim's Texas 2 Step Butchers Grind for an even more flavorful meal! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (packed) fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cup (packed) fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor. 
  2. Transfer to bowl. Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature. 

Tim's Texas 2 Step Jalapeno Citrus Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (Helman's)
  • 1/3 cup Tim's Texas 2 Step BBQ Citrus Rub
  • 1/4 cup Tim's Texas 2 Step Fire Roasted & Smoked Jalapeno's (chopped)
  • 2 tbs pickling brine from jalapeno's jar
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and some extra jalapeno juice as needed. Let sit for a couple of hours to incorporate all flavors. 
  2. Add shredded cabbage and mix thoroughly. Add to tacos or pulled pork sandwiches. 

Tim's Texas 2 Step BBQ Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Tim's Texas 2 Step BBQ Sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine both sauces and use on your favorite salad or as a dip! 

Tim's BBQ Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 tbs of Tim's Texas 2 Step BBQ Citrus Rub
  • 2 large cans of Bush's Baked Beans or 2 #10 cans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbs yellow mustard
  • 1 cup Tim's Texas 2 Step BBQ Sauce

Directions:

  1. Saute onions and bacon together until bacon is brown and onions are translucent
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour or cook in crockpot on high for 4 - 5 hours
